About Me
I have been very active and athletic all of my life. It’s a daily practice and effort to keep the mind, body, and spirit in balance, so that I can continue to do what I love, given the physical demands required.
I love hemp extract because of its healing properties and especially because I need a good night sleep in order to rejuvenate and restore overnight! I honestly do not know how I lived without Hemp&Heroes before!
